Pennington Seed Central Garden & Pet Company

We seek a highly motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy individual to join our team as an ASN Clerk in our Greenfield, Missouri PPII Facility.

Key Responsibilities --------------------

• Check drivers in and out
• Provide the driver with the necessary paperwork for the load
• Be familiar with Excel to maintain the truck schedule for the day
• Check in the driver to ensure they receive the correct load and paperwork
• Provide the loaders with the correct paperwork for the load to be loaded
• Post all outgoing paperwork once the driver leaves the property

Secondary Responsibilities -------------------------

• Check the paperwork for the next day to ensure everything is correct
• Scan files into the online file storage
• Work closely with the truck loaders to ensure the paperwork is filled out correctly
• Work with the supervisors to ensure there is enough product for the loads
• Must be able to work independently
