Asbestos Filing AssistantOrganize and maintain asbestos-related records and documentation for compliance purposes. Ensure timely and accurate filing of project reports and regulatory submissions. Assist in preparing and reviewing asbestos abatement project paperwork. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation for ongoing projects. Respond to inquiries and provide updates on project documentation status. Support the department with general administrative tasks as needed. Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of filing requirements. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.A successful Asbestos Filing Assistant should have: strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management systems. Knowledge of asbestos regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
