Contribute ideas for activities and special events. Teach children new games conduct special activities and always show good sportsmanship.Observe and manage student behavior according to program procedures. Display good judgment. Enforce clear and age appropriate expectations. Manage with fairness and consistency. Report progress and concerns to the Assistant Site Supervisor.Be alert and sensitive to the individual needs of the children maintain physical and emotional safety and support each child in developing social skills. Treat all children and families with kindness and respect.Always prioritize the physical safety of the children and lead by example. Model good behavior and positive choices show how to give the same respect to all peoplethings staff peers school personal property etc..Follow all health and safety procedures. Report all injuries and incidents to the Assistant Supervisor. Be familiar with the protocols and evacuation strategies in the case of fire lockdown or other building emergencies.Assist with the following tasksSet up and put away equipment outside and inside.Clean activity and storage spaces leave all areas clean and free of trashdebris.Preparation and clean-up of daily activities.Support adult staff in almost all daily functions.Maintain a count of children in assigned group at all times.Know signs of child abuse and responsibilities as a mandated reporter.
