AS9100 / AS13485 QC Inspector

    -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
    -Ability to properly utilize hand inspection tools (Mic’s & Calipers etc.).
    -Ability to properly utilize Comparators, Vision systems, Profilometers, Gage Pins, Thread            gages/rings, Microscopes, Mathematics (addition/subtraction)    
    -Minimum 5 years experience on Inspecting  machined parts.
   - Familiar with AS9100D, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 requirements.
    -GREAT ATTITUDE!

  Inspect small to micro parts daily, both with hand inspection equipment and automated measuring equipment such as Keyencem Optical Comparator, Vision System and Smart Scope as well as documenting measurments following company policies and procedures while utilizing a high level of experience and good judgment. 

Daily job duties include, but not limited to

    Properly documenting measured dimensions into quality reports.
    Ability to measure all print dimensions per industry standards.
    Able to measure up to +/-.0001 tolerances as needed.
    Able to verify First Article Inspection Reports.
    Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
    Complete paperwork in a timely manner as required.
    Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
    Maintain a positive attitude and promote a team approach throughout the Department.
    Familiar with HighQA a bonus but not required.
