    QC Media Holdings is seeking committed, inquisitive, and dedicated current college or university students to join our team as a paid Artist Relations / Tour Management intern!

    POSITION SUMMARY: The QC Internship program is purposed to give current college/university students the

    opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment within the entertainment

    industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This role’s focus is in supporting the operations team and is open to college students who are studying any of the

    following: English, Hospitality, Economics, Business, Marketing, Music, Entrepreneurship, or Public Relations

    You will assist where needed, to ensure that artist and tour operations run smoothly and efficiently.

      • Represent the label professionally at industry events, showcases, and community activations, providing on-site support and engaging with artists, media, and attendees.
      • Assist with planning and executing of label and artist events, handling logistics such as setup, artist coordination, and hospitality.
      • Create and maintain an organized artist database with up-to-date contact info, press materials, and performance data of artists. 
      • Research industry trends, events, and opportunities in Atlanta to support artist visibility and community involvement.
      • Collaborate with other interns on marketing projects and contribute creative ideas for artist campaigns and engagement strategies.
      • Support the Artist Relations team with administrative tasks including scheduling and general artist support.

    Requirements

    • Have (or are currently completing) a degree
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently
    • Have good communications skills
    • Have professional appearance and behavior
    • Be a make-it-happen type of person
    • Be available at least 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
    • Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Have a laptop or tablet
    • Able to lift at least 30lbs unassisted
