Job Title: Production Apprentice / Assistant - Artisan Breads and French Pastries

Position Overview: This is an entry-level position with significant opportunity for growth. We are willing to train the right candidate and develop them into a skilled artisan baker over time.

Responsibilities:

• scale ingredients according to recipes
  
• assist with dough mixing and production
  
• divide, pre-shape, and shape dough
  
• prepare ingredients and maintain organization of production areas
  
• clean equipment and workstations
  
• receive deliveries and organize inventory
  
• assist with general bakery operations
  
• occasional supply runs as needed
  

Qualifications / Requirements:

• availability to work early morning, weekend(s), late evening if needed
  
• culinary degree required
  
• reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  
• ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
  
• ability to work in a fast-paced production requirement
  
• ability to stand for extended periods
  
• positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• interest in artisan bread and pastries production
