Artificial Intelligence Business Analyst

Summary:

• Location: Jacksonville, FL or Addison, TX
• Duration: 12 months
• Work Mode: Fully onsite 5 days/week

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate deep process discovery and document current state workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, and risk to identify opportunities for AI, automation, or workflow improvements.
• Evaluate end-to-end processes, roles, and technology to understand current operations and potential AI enhancements.
• Conduct working sessions with business and operations stakeholders to document current state processes and decision flows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive AI tool adoption for process improvements.
• Question assumptions and identify inefficiencies in current work processes.
• Align opportunities with AI governance requirements and risk review processes.
• Support the shaping and documentation of opportunities, including inputs to business cases.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools and their application in operational workflows.
• Strong process analysis skills with the ability to dissect complex workflows, roles, and decision points.
• Exceptional pattern recognition and critical thinking skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset, capable of exploring alternative approaches.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal direction.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading working sessions and extracting information.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting operations functions or process management knowledge.
• Experience in innovation and continuous improvement.
