Job Title: Lead, Global Brand Design & Art Direction
Location: Beaverton, OR (PHK) Hybrid Schedule (May be required to work some weekends)
Duration: 4 Months Contract

Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead, Global Brand Design & Art Direction to deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling, with innovative thinking and an obsession around the craft. This role will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading the execution of the look and feel of campaigns across design, art direction, and motion while supporting Art Directors and Senior Creative Directors within a sport category.
The ideal candidate is a craft-obsessed creative professional with strong communication skills, expertise in Figma and Keynote, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will partner closely with Art Directors, Senior Creative Directors, Designers, Brand Marketing Directors, Narrative Leads, Retail Design, Digital Design, Production & Operations teams, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of campaign look and feel across design, art direction, and motion.
  • Support Art Directors and Senior Creative Directors within a sport category.
  • Influence and contribute positively to creative culture through collaboration and design excellence.
  • Elevate storytelling and creative craft across Art Direction and Design deliverables.
  • Lead innovative thinking, collaboration, and hands-on design execution for day-to-day projects.
  • Present creative concepts confidently and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture, and technology.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail to deliver impactful consumer experiences.
  • Demonstrate active participation within the creative industry through networking, trend leadership, and creative partner scouting.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of direct relevant experience in Global Brand Design and Art Direction.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while leading collaborative team efforts.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance short-term and long-term priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of photography, motion layout, typography, illustration, identity design, digital production, and publishing across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Strategic visual communication skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with creative partners and industry talent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience within the sportswear, fashion, or consumer brand industry.
  • Prior experience with global brand campaigns.
  • Previous experience working with large-scale creative and marketing organizations.
  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not required.

  • Hybrid work schedule based in Beaverton, OR.
