Job Description:

The ARRC (Asset Recovery & Recycle Center) Manager, also called Warehouse Manager, isresponsiblefor the complete operation of the facility. We are looking for someone to have oversight of building controllable budgets and leadthe implementation of various strategies to ensure the team meets productivity goals. The Manager delivers results by motivating staff and developing a workplace environment that supports team engagement, positive work behaviors and TJX Core Values. In this excitingrole, the ARRC Site Manager is accountable for the training and efficiency of all TJX associates!
Major Areas of Responsibility:
  • Leadthe quality of customer service to all partners, including stores, zones, regions, 3PL, loss prevention, and transportation.
  • Supervise all asset inventory including inbound and outbound areas.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of company assets and commodities.
  • Coordinates all site processes and initiatives.
  • Champion compliance and promote all Safety and loss prevention programs and policies.
  • Oversee the maintaining of facility cleanliness and organizationalefficiencies.
  • Manage the hiring and performance management process for TJX associates.
  • Leadallaspectsof associate engagement within the building to achieve daily results and objectives.
  • Act as primary liaison with temporary agencies to ensure appropriate staffing and completion of assignments.
  • Work on other projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BachelorDegree preferred orequivalent work/management experience (minimum 4 years).
  • Warehousing experience in inbound/outbound transportation, retail, LP, fulfillment, and recycling experience ishelpful.
  • Experience leadingateam of associates.
  • Skilled at software platforms, i.e. Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to advise and train associates in various operations of ARRC equipment (i.e. Balers, Fork Truck, etc).
  • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to manage a budget, financial acuity.
  • Open availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

This position has a starting salary range of $76,800.00 to $97,900.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
