This is a mobile leadership role — you’ll be in the field covering shifts, checking sites, and coaching officers to keep standards high. Schedule- 12-hour shifts (Armed Field Supervisor)
What You’ll Do- Cover call-offs and open shifts across sites
- Conduct site checks and coach officers
- Handle incidents and support field operations
- Enforce company standards and expectations
Requirements- Active Arizona Armed Guard Card
- 1+ year security experience
- Clean driving record (REQUIRED) – company vehicle provided
- Military / Veteran / Law Enforcement preferred
- Reliable, professional, and able to lead from the front
