As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be the primary technical owner of the AtoZ Portal's ServiceNow implementation. You'll collaborate with vendor teams, oversee development, and ensure the platform's stability and scalability. Your expertise will guide the technical direction, ensuring alignment with best practices and program goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ServiceNow technical backlog, including enhancements, bugs, and maintenance tasks.
  • Validate solution architecture, workflows, and technical decisions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration or development support as needed.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact between AtoZ and vendor teams.
  • Support agency onboarding and integration meetings with technical expertise.
  • Lead planning for platform upgrades and release cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and state technology standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation and recommend platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in a technical role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Experience overseeing vendor development teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferences

  • Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Notifications, Catalog Items, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Familiarity with government or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience in agile or iterative development environments.
  • Solid understanding of integrations, identity concepts, and API fundamentals.
