Seeking an experienced Area Vice President of Operations to lead multiple skilled nursing facilities across OH, MI, PA, IN, KY.
Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Mentor and support Administrators/Executive Directors to drive accountability, engagement, and results.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and monitor KPIs to improve operational outcomes.
Lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness, ensuring high-quality patient care and survey readiness.
Strengthen collaboration across clinical, operational, and support teams to drive growth through census, referrals, and community partnerships.
Requirements include 5+ years leadership in long-term care, multi-site oversight experience, strong regulatory knowledge, financial management skills, and a proven ability to develop leaders.
