We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations leader to serve as Area Vice President of Operations for a multi -site skilled nursing organization. This executive -level role partners closely with senior regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational performance, and ensure long -term growth and sustainability across multiple skilled nursing facilities located in OH,MI,PA,IN,KY.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>
  • Partner with Division and Regional leadership to develop and execute strategic operational plans across multiple facilities
    <\/li>
  • Provide leadership and oversight for day -to -day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards
    <\/li>
  • Support and mentor Administrators/Executive Directors to drive accountability, engagement, and results
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to meet revenue and expense targets
    <\/li>
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve operational and financial performance
    <\/li>
  • Lead change management initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements for skilled nursing facilities
    <\/li>
  • Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient care, quality outcomes, and survey readiness
    <\/li>
  • Strengthen cross -functional collaboration between clinical, operational, and support teams
    <\/li>
  • Drive census growth, referral development, and community partnerships
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Required Experience<\/b><\/span>
    <\/h3>
    • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in skilled nursing -long -term care operations
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience overseeing multiple facilities or regions
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of SNF regulations, survey processes, and compliance requirements
      <\/li>
    • Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
      <\/li><\/ul>
