JOB SUMMARY
The Area Vice President (AVP) is fully accountable for the efficient and profitable performance of personnel and properties in a designated area, given existing marketing conditions. Leadership ability is a must, as the AVP is the leader of their regional area of responsibility. The purpose of the AVP is to effectively manage and coordinate activities and available resources in order to accomplish property, owner, and company objectives. These objectives will include developing and managing on-site personnel, oversee and manage property budgets and expenditures, and ensure compliance with company policy and procedures. Travel is required.

Physical Demands and Work environment:
There is varied travel required, depending on the property portfolio. AVP’s are required to respond to and inspect, communicate with, and assist onsite with each property on at least a monthly basis. This will require physical inspections of the property. Must be able to operate a car and travel via plane. Outdoor weather conditions will vary and affect duties.
