Responsibilities •Recruit and onboard new School Crossing Guards •Train employees and monitor safety compliance •Respond to daily staffing needs •Coordinate schedules and coverage •Complete payroll and administrative tasks •Conduct field visits and performance evaluations •Fill in as a School Crossing Guard when necessary Qualifications •Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred •Strong organizational skills •Excellent communication •Comfortable with technology •Reliable transportation •Ability to work outdoors when necessary •Applicants residing near Placentia are preferred.
