- In-Store Succession plans through IDPs for all leaders and high potential Associates.
- Source external candidates.
- Engage and retain associates and achieve Turnover Goal.
SCHEDULING:
- PeopleWorks maintenance.
- Sales/Freight Forecasting.
- Schedule accuracy.
FITTING ROOM/SSFR CONTROLS STEP:
- SRL Daily execution/ productivity.
- Ensure SRL is maintaining the Aisle Program.
SPS BEST IN CLASS:
- SPS Staffing.
- SPS Behaviors.
