Role Summary
As Area Doughnut Coach (Area Doughnut Shop Manager) , you will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations, developing employee abilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of Pinkbox Doughnuts locations within your assigned district.
Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership:
Supervise multiple stores and shop managers.
Ensure all products meet company standards.
Customer and Employee Interaction:
Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor.
Serve as a role model for the team.
Operational Proficiency:
Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the shop.
Manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the shop.
Understand production and oversee the back-of-house area as needed.
Financial and Safety Oversights:
Have safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts.
Ensure sanitation practices are used in handling and preparing food in the back-of-house area.
Ensure all safety and security policies are followed as set by the Company.
Training and Coaching:
Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are met.
Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory.
Communication and Meetings:
Conduct and attend regular manager meetings, communicating store success or areas of improvement.
Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop.
Minimum 5 years in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years managing multiple locations
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
District Managers can expect to have early mornings, late evenings, weekends and all holidays.
Additional opening/closing responsibilities.
Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
