Area Service Manager

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring performance meets key KPIs such as turn times, expense control, and resident satisfaction.

• Provide leadership to on-site service teams, conduct daily site inspections, and monitor vendor performance.
• Manage property maintenance, develop preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including affordable housing requirements.
• Source and negotiate vendor services, administer policies, and implement operational improvements.
• Support talent development through training and mentorship for service staff.
• Respond to emergencies and support disaster preparedness activities.

  Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 6 years in property maintenance management, strong leadership, and technical knowledge of building systems. Must be able to travel within the area.

  
  

  The role offers a competitive salary ($100,000-$120,000), bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and professional development support.
