Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed company goals
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
Analyze sales data and trends to uncover new growth opportunities
Assist and coordinate NHOP efforts effectively
Maintain standardized sales policies and procedures
Manage LNR Accounts & Groups
Establish connections with CVBs and Chambers in the local area
Ensure monthly action plans by Sales Associates are successfully implemented

Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record in sales with consistent target achievement
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to travel overnight as required
Strong knowledge of the local area
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule & Location
