Description

  • Directs and manages compliance with LaneÂs Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs across all projects in the assigned area, leading incident prevention efforts to achieve company and project goals.
  • Ensures work area assessments are completed by area QHSE personnel and that results are tracked and addressed.
  • Oversees and monitors training programs to ensure completion, effectiveness, and accurate tracking.
  • Coaches, mentors, and provides development opportunities to QHSE professionals within the area to support career growth and ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Ensures area and project QHSE programs are aligned with Lane standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Tracks jobsite inspections and audits with emphasis on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors, and corrective actions.
  • Participates in regulatory inspections and investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
  • Analyzes Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) data to identify and prevent potential safety, environmental, and quality hazards.
  • Collaborates with the corporate insurance department to ensure accurate documentation of asset losses and workers compensation claims.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
