Objective

Our Chicago area is seeking an exceptional Area Marketing Specialist to join our busy team to support our partner practices. 

The Area Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing marketing plans for assigned practices. This role focuses on conducting face-to-face outreach to drive growth in practice volumes and revenue, adhering to Partner Practice Marketing Standard Operating Procedures 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Execute in-person referral outreach in line with the marketing strategy 
  • Categorize referring practices (A-D) based on referral numbers and submit analysis quarterly 
  • Collaborate with the practice to develop annual marketing plans with monthly activities 
  • Adhere to budget constraints to ensure growth 
  • Monitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROI 
  • Ensure accurate and timely expense submissions to finance 
  • Track and report monthly performance on key indicators, optimizing tactics for growth 
  • Conduct monthly meetings with doctors 
  • Attend monthly S1P Partner Practice Marketing meetings 
  • Send weekly email updates to doctors and team members 
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with the practice leader or RDO 
  • Support the maintenance of market strategies, including earned, owned, and paid media 
  • Assist in digital strategy development, social media management, and co-management of the practice's website 

As one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate otherresponsibilities as assigned.

You also have the following:

  • In-person marketing and relationship management experience 
  • Ability to travel locally and domestically 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment 
  • Strong project management, event planning, and client stakeholder management skills 
  • Budget management and P&L experience 
  • Advanced skills with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills 
  • Experience in a corporate environment with complex business processes 
  • Strategic thinking with strong tactical and organizational execution 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred) 
  • 3 years of experience in referral-based marketing required (healthcare preferred)

Position Base Pay Range
$60,000—$64,000 USD
Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer.
