Job Title: Area Manager - Evening Operations
Location: Perrysburg, OH 43551 (Perrysburg, Rossford areas)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Afternoon/Evening Shift (occasional weekends)
Status: Full-Time, Salaried

Position Summary
Clean Team is seeking a dependable and experienced Area Manager to oversee evening operations across multiple client locations in the Perrysburg, Ohio (43551) area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure consistent service delivery. The Area Manager plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, controlling labor costs, and supporting employee development in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support employees at assigned facilities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members; provide clear expectations and ongoing feedback
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage for absences or open positions
  • Monitor budgeted hours versus worked hours and adjust staffing to maintain profitability
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and productivity standards
  • Conduct routine site inspections and address service or performance issues promptly
  • Communicate with employees and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Resolve employee concerns professionally while maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities independently
  • Experience in janitorial, facilities management, or service operations preferred
