Position Summary
We are hiring an Area Manager to work with our Upstream Operations team. This position reports to our Director RNG Operations and is remote based with responsibility for plants in Detroit and Marshall Michigan, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Shiloh, Ohio. Travel to those sites is required with at least 50% working from a plant site.
The Area Manager of Renewable Natural Gas and Renewable Power will oversee the daily operations of multiple RNG and RP plants. This operational leader will ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency across facilities, and driving performance to meet production, quality, and profitability goals. The role involves managing lead operators from various sites, fostering teamwork, implementing strategic initiatives to optimize plant operations, and being personally responsible for the results.

Position requires physical effort such as that associated with driving a motorized vehicle, operating an ATV, using hand tools, and typing on a computer. Position requires moderate lifting (10-50 lbs.), occasional need to walk on irregular surfaces, and occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing, or crouching. Also requires the use of hands and arms to operate/examine gas meter, flow meters, hand tools, power tools, bridge and jib cranes and test/diagnostic equipment.

Pay
The range for this role is anticipated to be $125,000 - $150,000 annually with bonus for eligible positions. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
