CleanPower Wisconsins leading commercial cleaning contractor has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in Germantown WI and Surrounding Areas.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 12PM - 9PM Requires Flexibility Pay: $60,000 + $200 per pay period car allowance Bonus Potential
Territory: Germantown, Menomonee Falls, Hartford, Jackson, West Bend
Job duties include:
• Oversight of the daily maintenance of assigned facility • Direct supervision of the cleaning staff • Initial and ongoing training of staff • Ordering supplies • Managing labor and supply budgets • Conducting quality control inspections • Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Min 2 years of management experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Janitorial or other service-related background • Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
