Seeking an Area Maintenance Manager at our Ocala, FL fulfillment center!
In this role, you will lead a team of technicians to maintain and improve the reliability of warehouse assets and production equipment, including conveyor systems, automation, storage solutions, and powered industrial trucks. You will oversee preventative and reactive repairs, conduct quality audits, and lead continuous improvement projects targeting KPIs like uptime and safety. Collaboration with operations and third-party vendors is essential.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, warehouse or factory maintenance leadership, experience with material handling equipment, data-driven performance management, and flexibility to work varied schedules and travel. Bonus skills include maintenance of electromechanical systems, control systems, electrical systems, and experience with CMMS.
