Our Opportunity:


Seeking an Area Maintenance Manager - Rx for a Louisville, KY Fulfillment Center and Pharmacy. This role leads the site Maintenance Team, focusing on equipment reliability, operational uptime, and continuous improvement in warehouse and pharmacy operations.


The ideal candidate has 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in automated fulfillment, regulated environments, or manufacturing, with strong teamwork and process improvement skills.


What you'll do:

  • Lead maintenance technicians for warehouse, pharmaceutical, and facility systems including MHE, HVAC, boilers, and regulated environments.
  • Manage preventative/reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance and equipment readiness.
  • Audit work quality, implement reliability improvements, and lead safety and performance initiatives.
  • Use data to monitor performance, partner with cross-functional teams, and coordinate third-party vendors.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7+ years in maintenance leadership.
  • Experience with automated systems, regulated environments, and maintenance systems (CMMS/EAM).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and flexibility, including travel and schedule flexibility.

  • Preferred extras:

  • Master's degree, industry certifications, experience in pharmaceutical/regulatory settings, and electrical/troubleshooting skills.
