Scope of the Job
At Soho House, the Area Head of Bars and Beverage must have proven professional restaurant experience as well as the ability to maintain Soho House standards of quality and exceed member expectations. They are responsible for the alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage program and management of all bar operations for their region.
A successful Area Head of Bars and Beverage is accountable for driving growth and innovation to generate sales and increase brand awareness through strategy, menu development, community outreach, marketing initiatives, industry analysis and keeping current on all modern trends. While also establishing a rapport with members, guests, vendors, management and corporate employees to assist with special projects, promoting new ideas, and overall, being an ambassador for Soho House's bar / beverage program.

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is listed below. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Pay Range
$100,000-$110,000 USD
