Responsibilities
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time 1st shift Area Fleet Manager overseeing multiple fleet shops in the Midwest region. This position requires travel across the region.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Day Shift -Must be flexible to support all shiftsPay: $92,000-$115,000 annually (Based on experience and qualifications) + Potential annual Bonus of 20%

Position Responsibilities:
- The Area Fleet Manager has full accountability over maintenance and repair, parts inventory control, transactional data quality and management services for locations while continually introducing best practices and driving operational excellence
- As the Area Fleet Manager, you will analyze all operating metrics, providing guidance on trends and developing prompt actions to correct performance issues or inefficiencies while identifying opportunities to reduce expenses
- You will provide guidance to shops in assigned area on maintenance costs and spending at budgeted levels and identify systematic opportunities for improvement in Safety, Operations and Maintenance at all locations within assigned area
- You will lead assigned projects by developing timelines, identifying necessary resources, and addressing barriers to achieve defined objectives
- You will assure all facilities remain compliant with corporate purchasing indicatives and Fleet Maintenance policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor''s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles
