AREA DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Luxury Resorts • Puerto Rico (On-Site) • Overseeing 2 properties • USD $60,000 per annum

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Area Digital Marketing Manager for two luxury resort properties in Puerto Rico. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a hands-on, on-site role responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across both properties, covering all digital channels including websites, social media, paid campaigns, and mobile platforms.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across two properties, driving brand visibility and revenue performance

• Oversee and manage digital advertising campaigns across paid search, social media, and display channels

• Maintain and optimize website content through CMS platforms to ensure accuracy and a strong user experience

• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements to maximize ROI

• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend

• Report on key performance metrics to the Director of Marketing regularly

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on media buying, analytics, and reporting

• Hands-on proficiency with digital tools including Google Ads, social media ad platforms, and web analytics

• Experience managing website content via CMS platforms

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into clear, strategic recommendations

• Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

 

WHAT'S OFFERED

• Salary of USD $60,000 per annum
