Area Customer Service Coordinator

Seeking a flexible, customer-focused Area Office Service Coordinator for a 5+ month temp-to-perm role supporting multiple client sites in Downtown San Francisco and San Rafael, CA.

• Support daily operations including mail, shipping, reception, conference setup, and document services.
• Cover sites for absences, maintain client relationships, and handle deliveries.
• Assist with onboarding, compliance, safety, and operational reporting.
• Qualifications include a high school diploma, 12+ months of related experience, strong communication skills, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  
  Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environments.
  
  Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility for early/late hours and occasional weekends.
  
  Candidates must complete background checks and drug tests prior to employment.
