You will accomplish this by leading high impact virtual and in-person training sessions that enhance Manager and Team Member Stylist skill levels. This training will include a relentless focus on an elevated Client Experience achieved through the 5 Point Play. Must be located in the Columbia Greenville or Charleston area.ScopeThe primary role of the Area Coach is to ensure excellent execution of training content to support Operational and Technical excellence. The primary function of this role is to ensure that every Sport Clips Client receives a Championship Haircut every Service Every Time. This is accomplished through the execution of the 5 Point Play. Area Coaches are required to provide ongoing training and support to Managers and their Team Members Stylists to deliver outstanding service and Client Count growth. The Area Coach role reports to the Regional Coach. Other Key business partners to accomplish this mission include the Regional Director Senior Director of Training and Change Management Initiatives and Artistic Director and Director of Content Creation as well as both the VP of Franchise Operations and Company Stores.Key CriteriaRequirementsCurrent cosmetology or barber license3-5 years of previous haircutting experienceMastery of the Sport Clips Systems as demonstrated through personal and team metricsProficient in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word OutlookStrong communication skillsStrong training delivery presentation analytical and relationship building skillsPositive supportive and outgoing personalityAbility to stand or sit for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 20-30 pounds frequently and bend frequentlyAbility to travel up to 756 months previous experience with Sport Clips preferredPrevious salon work experience preferredFlexible work from home options available.
