Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is looking for a self-motivated and talented Architecture Designer to join our growing Atlanta team. AECOM’s Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, business transformation, asset advisory, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture. Join our team if you want to work on a wide range of projects including Federal, Civic, NASA, Higher Education and FAA work around the globe. **The responsibilities of the Architecture Designer will include but are not limited to:** + Assist with the preparation of construction documents from concept through construction. + Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively. + Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and two (2) years of architecture experience covering aspects of building design including: survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required **Preferred Qualifications:** + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Master's degree is a plus + 3 or more years of experience + Experience working in large and complex projects/programs + Experience with government agencies/projects + Experience working on all phases of Architectural projects + Demonstrate enthusiasm, highly motivated and detail oriented + Ability to produce high-quality graphic designs, renderings and visualizations for presentations and client proposals. + Proficiency in Revit and have familiarity with AutoCAD + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants + Have a general understanding of code compliance, American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability. + Ability to obtain an Architecture License within 2 years + Strong work ethic and the ability to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team **Additional Information** Relocation assistance is not available. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
