What You'll Do

Lead with Confidence

• Manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful delivery every step of the way.
• Balance schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining exceptional design quality.

Design & Deliver

• Actively contribute to Revit-based design and documentation, ensuring precision and creativity.
• Integrate prototypical designs while ensuring compliance with codes and regulatory requirements.

Be the Go-To Partner

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.

Drive Excellence Across Projects

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines.
• Coordinate seamlessly with consulting partners to keep projects moving forward efficiently.

What You Bring

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 10-15 years of professional architectural experience
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
• Strong expertise in Revit (with working knowledge of AutoCAD and other tools)
• Proven ability to manage projects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
