The Architectural Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and timely creation of architectural marketing assets through third-party vendors for assigned divisions. This includes overseeing floor plan production and ensuring all deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of architectural marketing assets including Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans, Community Specific Floor Plans, Printed Brochure Inserts, and Virtual Rendered Tours.
  • Review and proof floor plans while managing workflows to meet production deadlines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external teams using architectural plan reading and AutoCAD experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing and Architecture to ensure requirements are met and internal systems align with marketing materials and CD sets.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of interactive floor plans and rendered tours completed by third-party vendors.
  • Approve and publish completed architectural marketing tools for customer and sales team use.
  • Maintain and track projects using multiple internal systems while adhering to document management procedures.
  • Package files and requirements for outside vendors and ensure completed work reflects requested changes accurately.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Associate degree or equivalent certificate.
  • Production experience.
  • AutoCAD experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications for the Position Include:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Residential building industry experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator experience.
  • Graphic design or graphic artist background.
Pay Rate: $30.33 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
