- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial and commercial architectural design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software is required.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or BlueBeam is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Prepare architectural backgrounds for pre-engineered metal buildings for commercial and industrial projects while laying out walls, ceilings, piping, HVAC, etc.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop conceptual designs and translate them into detailed architectural plans using Revit software.
- Produce comprehensive construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Review and coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design issues and ensure project quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architectural design and technology.
- Participate in design reviews, presentations, and client meetings to communicate project progress and solicit feedback.
