We are seeking an Architectural Designer for assignment in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will help design state-of-the-art microelectronics facilities, data centers and other advanced industrial and commercial facilities.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
** This position is on-site in Boise
This position requires Revit experience
Responsibilities
- Layout and design of spaces, rooms and systems
- Participate in code review and discussion
- Prepare deliverables for all phases of the project including models, plans, elevations, sections, schedules and details
- Support design and architectural leads for meetings, proposals and construction documents
- Attend and participates in design status updates in meetings both internally and externally as needed
- Provide specifications input and comments where appropriate
- Coordinates designs and deliverables and resolves conflicts with / between all disciplines and existing field conditions where required
- Perform field survey of existing conditions
- Respond to design and coordination requests, conflict resolution requests and information sharing requests
- Provide labor estimates
- Reviewing and processing submittal documents
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Experience in industrial building design or other high tech facilities
