Seeking a full-time Architectural Designer / Estimator for on-site work in Holland, MI.
Responsibilities include interpreting building plans, designing wall, roof, and floor systems conforming to standards, preparing engineering and installation drawings in CAD, creating Bills of Materials, and providing accurate cost estimates using quoting tools.
Collaborate with engineers on structural designs, support manufacturing with production drawings, and assist in training team members.
Requirements include an architectural or related degree, proficiency in 3D modeling, CAD, estimating software, and ERP systems.
Must have knowledge of construction industry, structural loading, and ability to interpret plans. Strong communication, math skills, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
