Establish custom home design & construction company has an opening for an Architectural Drafter / Designer with strong Revit experience.
Duties:
- Using Revit, develop accurate drawings from conceptual design through construction documents
- Create 3D renderings for customer presentations
- Collect project data (includes measurements, photos, etc.)
- Meet with clients and staff to develop designs from concept
- Balance multiple projects at a time
Requirements:
- AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or similar
- 3+ years of residential design / drafting experience
- Strong Revit experience
- Understanding of residential building materials and construction standards
- Enscape experience a plus
- Ability to work onsite fulltime
- Ability to pass a background check
Salary: $65-85K
