Architectural Designer / Architect (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a multi-discipline architecture firm seeking a team-oriented Architectural Designer or Architect. This role is focused on hands-on production work, supporting project teams across design and documentation phases, and offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
Support project teams with architectural design and documentation across all phases
Prepare and update drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
Apply building and accessibility codes with guidance from senior staff
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to support overall design intent
Assist with design updates as project requirements evolve
Support construction-phase coordination and respond to field-related updates
Participate in internal team meetings and project coordination efforts
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture; licensure or progress toward licensure preferred
3–6 years of professional experience in an architectural setting
Working knowledge of building and accessibility codes
Basic understanding of building construction systems
Experience contributing to architectural document production across multiple phases
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
