Position Overview

Epitec is seeking to support the largest U.S. automaker by hiring an AI Solutions Architect within its Enterprise Analytics organization. This role carries a unique dual mandate: enabling advanced analytics teams while also helping reinvent the architecture discipline through agent?first, AI?driven solutions.

You will act as the primary technical partner for Data Science and Data Engineering teams—designing scalable AI architectures, developing proof?of?concepts (PoCs), and accelerating delivery to the business. In parallel, you will help pioneer the evolution of architecture by applying modern LLMs and agentic frameworks to automate traditional architectural workflows and technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end?to?end, scalable AI solution architectures supporting enterprise analytics initiatives

• Partner directly with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to remove technical and infrastructure blockers

• Develop rapid PoCs and production?ready reference implementations

• Champion an agent?first architecture approach, leveraging LLMs to automate architectural analysis, design, and integration workflows

• Establish governed, repeatable AI tooling and patterns for enterprise use

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise IT strategy, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills (Must?Have)

• Expert?level Python development and CI/CD pipeline design

• Proven experience designing and implementing production?grade AI architectures

• Hands?on experience building LLM?powered applications and autonomous agents

• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering

• Ability to translate legacy or manual architectural processes into automated, agent?driven solutions

Preferred / Nice?to?Have Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance

• Experience enabling and supporting Data Science and Data Engineering teams at scale

• Design and consumption of RESTful APIs for AI, data pipelines, and legacy system integration

• Cloud architecture experience (GCP preferred)

• Knowledge of security, privacy, and regulatory considerations for enterprise AI solutions
