We are currently looking for an experienced Architect for a well respected firm in Richmond, VA.

SUMMARY
We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with 3-10 years of professional experience. Experience with healthcare design projects and regulations is preferred.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all design phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation.
• Engage with clients to determine project objectives and requirements, providing professional guidance throughout the design process.
• Produce detailed architectural designs and plans utilizing Revit.
• Integrate with in-office and consultant design teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and ensure adherence to office standards, codes and regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Architectural education from an accredited institution with a degree required for potential licensure.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team oriented individual

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with healthcare design phase services.
• Licensure as a Registered Architect in at least one state.
• Significant experience with 3D rendering software and other digital design tools.
• Willingness to be involved in networking events
