Architect / Project Manager

We are seeking a Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our collaborative studio. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in both team-based and independent work environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Architect with relevant professional experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, including IBC, ADA, ANSI, ICC, and related codes and standards
- Experience performing code evaluations and coordinating technical documentation
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve technical details and design issues
- Works well collaboratively and as an independent thinker
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of individuals and project types
