Looking for a Developer/Data Engineer/Data Analytics who turned into an Architect with strong Workday experience.

Group supports both technology and business architecture needs across multiple organizations HR, Risk Management, Governance, etc.

This role is in HR space.

Currently modernizing Human Capital Management tool – Migrating HCM platform to Workday

Transitioning from current HCM to Workday

Experience with Workday Modules – HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, etc.

Experience in Workday Security, Integration, etc.

Strong AWS experience is needed as all these platforms are in AWS environment.

More of an AWS Solutions Architect with strong Workday experience

Development background will be helpful – no hands-on development work will be done.

Will be working with Application Teams to build interactions with Workday.

MUST HAVES

• Architect
• Workday
• Human Capital Management Modules – Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, etc.
• AWS – EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, SageMaker, Redshift, RDS, etc.

PREFERRED

• Enterprise Architecture Frameworks – TOGAF, The Open Group Architecture Framework, Any Other
• Business Process Management (BPM) – Visio, Aris, Process Re-engineering, etc.
• AWS Solutions Architect Certifications
• Software Development / Data Engineer / Data Analytics Background – Java / Python / R
