We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This individual will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced accounting environment.



Requirements


  • 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, cash applications, collections, account reconciliations, and aging reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
