Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections, account follow-up, and payment resolution.
• 
  
• Process check deposits and maintain accurate customer account records.
• 
  
• Support accounts receivable operations while delivering excellent customer service.
• 
  
• Assist with cash application and other accounting functions as needed.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or customer service experience.
• 
  
• Associate degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 
  
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
