Job responsibilities include:
- Perform high-volume data entry and accurate payment posting
- Apply cash and reconcile customer accounts
- Manage B2B aging inquiries and follow up via email
- Maintain and track AR activity using Excel reports
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

- Experience with AR agings and account reconciliation
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience working within a large ERP system
