Job Title: Administration / Accounts Receivable Clerk
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: Onsite
Employment Type: M-F 8am-5pm
Job Summary
seeking Administration / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our administrative and accounting teams. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the accounting side of community association management. The role involves assisting with basic accounts receivable tasks, reviewing financial information, and performing general administrative duties. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with basic accounts receivable tasks, including posting payments and updating account records
* Help review and organize financial and legal documents under guidance from the accounting team
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Assist with preparing and sending billing statements and notices
* Respond to basic internal and homeowner inquiries regarding account information
* Support the accounting and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks
* File, scan, and organize documents (digital and physical)
* Maintain confidentiality of financial and homeowner information
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
* Basic math skills and comfort working with numbers
* Ability to read and understand simple financial and legal documents with training
* Interest in accounting, finance, or office administration
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry)
* Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
