What You’ll Do
- Manage the full AR and billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Set up and maintain customer contracts, including pricing and terms
- Handle B2B collections, following up on past-due accounts professionally
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and contract alignment
- Monitor aging reports and recommend strategies to improve cash flow
