What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and submit accurate client invoices, including progress and AIA billing
- Track project billing status, ensuring alignment with contract terms and timelines
- Work closely with project managers to gather billing details and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audit readiness
What You Bring
- 2+ years of AR/billing experience, ideally within construction or project-based environments
- Familiarity with AIA billing and lien waivers is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing cycles
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
