Perform all duties of a lifeguard |
Ensure Operation meets company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency |
Ensure compliance with all park and department safety and operational policies and procedures |
Ensure compliance with all E&A standards and procedures |
Oversee completion of all department paperwork |
Supervise, Motivate, Train, and Develop employees |
Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily. |
Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner. |
Satisfy Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, report to work regularly and on time. |
